Week 10 - The O4 returns to the Boys & Girls Club

Hey Originals... I hope all of you enjoyed playing at the Ron Kolbus BGC on Sunday, from my perspective it feels like things went really well, the gym itself was great, similarly sized to Heron and a good layout for our league! The location may not be perfect for some of you but is preferred for others... next week we'll slide over to the Taggart Parkes BGC which is very close to our old Heron home, I stopped in to check out the gym last week and it looks like it'll also be a great fit, very similarly sized with good lighting and hardwood floors. Hopefully it works out just as well as the Ron Kolbus club!

Now that we're pretty well settled location-wise we can focus on the dwindling regular season and the playoff races, Sunday had some fantastic games which set up what should be a crazy dash to the finish line. With 2 weeks left to play only one team has clinched their A pool berth and one team is eliminated... Hocus Pocus can clinch their A spot with one win in their last 2 games, but other than that there are an unbelievable 10 teams within 3 points of each other battling for the last 6 A pool slots, including no less than 6 teams all locked at 10 points which is currently the A pool cutoff, I have a feeling our tiebreaker rules may get a workout!

The scoring race is also heating up with Dave Allston currently pacing the league but with 4 other players within 6 points of the top. On the female side it's very similar with Kortnie Legari leading the way but 4 other ladies within 5 points.
